The R4CC worked with staff from the Office of the Secretary of Education to develop an Equity Roadmap for the state.

The Pennsylvania Equity and Diversity Consortium is an initiative supporting efforts to increase diversity and equity in the educator pipeline. This initiative reflects the overarching theory of action for educator pipeline improvement in Pennsylvania.
Developing a Strategic Plan for the Philadelphia Regional Institute for STEM Educators (PRISE)
The Philadelphia Regional Institute for STEM Educators (PRISE) works with institutions of higher education and other STEM education stakeholders in the Philadelphia region to strengthen all aspects of the STEM teacher pathway: engagement, recruitment, preparation, induction, and ongoing professional learning and growth.

Improving Support for Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI), and Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) Schools
The R4CC partnered with PDE in arranging training for two sets of 30-person cohorts in the skills of facilitating school improvement. With R4CC support, PDE organized Communities of Practice for the cohorts. The R4CC also worked with PDE and intermediate unit leaders as they build organizational capacity to deliver this kind of training in the future.
